Apple-Anna Quick Bread
This recipe makes a delicious and moist quick bread. I usually make several of the individual size. I wrap the loaves in plastic wrap and keep them in the freezer until needed. HLI-XT610SL
1/2 C plus 1 T margarine
1 1/2 C sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 C finely chopped apples
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 1 large bread pan, 2 medium bread
pans, or 8 "individual" bread pans. palm pre extended battery
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and beat into creamed mixture. Stir in bananas and apples. Pour into greased and floured pans and bake until toothpick inserted in the center tests done. I found a sample essay, possibly better College essays - phd thesis turned out better.

Medium pans-50+ minutes
"Individual" pans-35 minutes
Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies
These cookies are so light and airy they practically melt in your mouth. I use a cookie press with an apple design. Apple Annie greets her guests with a plate of homemade cookies.
1 C margarine or butter
1 C cooking oil
1 C white granulated sugar
1 C powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 C plus 4 T flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
Mix well the margarine, oil, sugars, vanilla, and eggs. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to rest of ingredients. Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled. Make into small balls and flatten with a glass or cookie press dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
